Jim Trott is a senior consultant with Net Objectives and a consultant with nonprofits and NGOs in the area of lean and knowledge management. He is a Scaled Agile Program Consultant and a co-author of four books:

Jim has a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies. An Associate Technical Fellow of a large aerospace company, he has also worked in the energy industry, banking and finance, software development, and artificial intelligence.
Passionate about innovation and process improvement, Jim joined the True North Consortium because of its commitment to providing an open and safe place to discuss and collaborate about lean and agile methods especially at scale.
