** Traveling Whiteboard. In this exercise people work in small groups and discuss a topic at hand. We rotate people into different groups every 5 minutes so that people at the symposium can meet more than half the people in about a half an hour.

** Each session is a combination of short presentations and group exercises to delve into the topic at hand.  Each concludes with time for participants to discuss how they will take what they've learned back to their organizations.   The Sail Boat Innovation Game is used to represent goals, risks, impediments and strengths in a visual manner.  Each group will run the Sail Boat game throughout the day - visualizing what's working and isn't for everybody in their group.  Not only will the game be useful, but by using it, participants will be able to take it back to their organizations and even run them there if they find that useful..
